Regular street grid
Even blocks and broad streets fill the town in a consistent pattern, the most distinctive feature of Naviraí when seen from above.

关于地图
Naviraí Map Poster & Print
Naviraí is a town in the south of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil, in a region of broad farmland within the Paraná River basin. It was founded in the mid-twentieth century as agriculture expanded into the area, and its layout reflects that recent, planned origin. On the map, a wide and regular grid of streets extends in every direction from the centre.
Streets are broad, blocks are even, and main avenues cut across the grid to connect with the highways that carry grain and livestock through the region. Around the town, the land is flat and open, divided into large fields and pastures. A Naviraí map poster shows the orderly plan in the middle of this extensive agricultural landscape.
Because the setting is so level, the map is shaped almost entirely by human decisions: the grid, the roads and the edges of cultivated land, with occasional streams and patches of woodland breaking the pattern. Rendered in black and white, this regularity becomes graphic and calm, a clear portrait of a young town in Brazil's farming interior.

Highway connections
Main roads leave the town toward the rest of the state and neighbouring Paraná, long straight lines running out through the surrounding farmland.
Open farmland
Large fields and pastures spread out on every side of the grid, giving the poster wide, quiet margins that frame the town.

为什么选 Naviraí
一张有意义的地图
Naviraí maps go to families who helped build the town, to people working in agriculture across the region, and to those who have moved to Campo Grande, São Paulo or further. The grid is instantly recognisable to anyone who grew up there.
Write your own title and subtitle, perhaps in Portuguese, and add the coordinates. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Order a printed poster on matte paper, with or without a wooden frame, or download HD files for $9.
