关于地图
Nazareth Map Poster & Print
Nazareth is a town in Thoothukudi district, in the far south of Tamil Nadu, on the dry plains inland from the Gulf of Mannar. It developed in the nineteenth century around a Christian mission, and its church remains the town's focal point. From above, the streets form a compact settlement surrounded by palm groves, fields and small water tanks typical of the region.
The mission shaped more than the town's name. Schools, a hospital and other institutions grew around the church, and they occupy several of the larger plots on the map. Roads link Nazareth to Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi and other towns nearby, crossing flat, open country with scattered villages between them.
A Nazareth map poster offers a gentle, modest composition. The dense centre around the church, the larger institutional grounds and the roads leading outward all show clearly against the surrounding farmland. For families with roots here, including many in the wider Tamil diaspora, the map is a quiet and specific reminder of home.

为什么选 Nazareth
一张有意义的地图
Nazareth holds deep meaning for families connected to its church, schools and villages, many of whom now live in Chennai, the Gulf or further away. A map of the town is a way to keep that place present.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line are editable, so you can add a family name, a date or a line in Tamil. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and download the files or order a printed poster.
