关于地图
Ravānsar Map Poster & Print
Ravānsar lies in Kermanshah Province in western Iran, where the plains meet the steep folds of the Zagros Mountains. The town sits at the base of a rocky slope, and on a map the relief is easy to read. The built-up area spreads out on flat ground, and the mountains close off the view on one side.
The town's best-known feature is its spring, which rises at the foot of the rocks and feeds a stream and park. For generations the water has made this a place of greenery in a largely dry landscape. The streets of Ravānsar form a fairly regular pattern around this source, and the main roads connect it to Kermanshah and neighbouring towns.
A Ravānsar map poster places the town between mountain and plain. The spring and its park form a soft focal point, the streets fan out across the level land, and the outline of the slopes gives the drawing a sense of depth. It is a spare, restrained image of a mountain-edge town.
