关于地图
Riacho Fundo Map Poster & Print
Riacho Fundo is one of the administrative regions of Brazil's Federal District, laid out southwest of the central Pilot Plan of Brasília. Its map reflects the district's planning logic: residential blocks, known locally as quadras, repeat in regular rows, separated by service roads and green strips, and the whole settlement is organised around a few main avenues that connect it to neighbouring regions.
The region takes its name from the Riacho Fundo, a stream whose valley runs toward Lake Paranoá. The creek's course and the vegetation along it remain visible between the built-up areas, a reminder of the cerrado landscape that surrounded the capital before it was built. Riacho Fundo was established as a separate region in the 1990s as the Federal District expanded.
A Riacho Fundo map poster captures that contrast between planned geometry and natural terrain. Straight, repeated blocks fill the flatter ground, while stream corridors and open patches of savanna break the pattern. The effect on paper is calm and modular, closer to an architectural drawing than to the tangled streets of an older Brazilian town.

Stream valley
The Riacho Fundo creek and its green corridor cut through the settlement, softening the planned geometry with an irregular natural line.
Arterial roads
A few main roads tie the region to the rest of the Federal District, standing out as long, confident lines between the smaller local streets.

为什么选 Riacho Fundo
一张有意义的地图
For residents of the Federal District, Riacho Fundo stands for a particular way of living: planned, green-edged and close to the capital without being inside it. A clean map of the quadras makes a quietly personal piece for a home or first apartment.
You can change the title and subtitle, keep or edit the coordinates line, and choose among five styles, including the cool Blueprint and the warm Sand. Download HD files for $9 or order a printed poster on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame.
