Curving subdivisions
Residential streets loop and branch within the larger road grid, creating flowing patterns that look almost botanical when printed in fine black lines.

关于地图
Sachse Map Poster & Print
Sachse lies north-east of Dallas, straddling the line between Collin and Dallas counties. From above, it is a classic North Texas suburb: arterial roads in a rough grid, and within each square a network of curving residential streets, loops and cul-de-sacs. Parks, schools and drainage corridors break up the pattern with patches of open space.
The President George Bush Turnpike passes along the south of the city, and the northern reaches of Lake Ray Hubbard lie just to the south-east. Once a small railroad community, Sachse grew quickly from the late twentieth century onward as the Dallas metro area expanded outward.
A Sachse map poster turns suburban planning into something surprisingly graphic. The organic curves of subdivisions sit inside the firmer lines of major roads, and the nearby lake adds a softer edge. It is an honest, detailed portrait of the kind of neighbourhood where many American families actually live.

Bush Turnpike
The toll road runs along the southern side of the city, a strong, sweeping line that anchors the lower part of the poster.
Lake Ray Hubbard
The northern arm of the reservoir sits just to the south-east, adding an area of open water to the edge of the map.

为什么选 Sachse
一张有意义的地图
A map of Sachse marks a real place in someone's life, a first house, the street where children grew up, the neighbourhood you moved to for a new job. It makes a thoughtful housewarming gift.
You can set the title, subtitle and coordinates, perhaps your street name and move-in date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Order a matte print with an optional wooden frame, or download files to print yourself.
