关于地图
Sadao Map Poster & Print
Sadao is a district in Songkhla Province in southern Thailand, on the border with Malaysia. Its main border crossing faces Bukit Kayu Hitam in the Malaysian state of Kedah, and it is one of the busiest land crossings between the two countries, used for trade, tourism and daily travel.
On a map, the area is organised around the main highway running south to the border, with towns strung along it. The built-up areas are fairly compact, with local streets branching off the main road, while much of the surrounding land is rubber plantation and farmland, crossed by smaller roads and streams.
A Sadao map poster shows a landscape defined by movement: the long route toward the frontier, small towns gathered along it, and wide rural areas on either side. It is a map about connection as much as place.

Towns along the route
Compact centres gather beside the highway, each a small cluster of streets that stands out against the rural surroundings.
Plantations and farmland
Much of the district is rubber and farmland, drawn as sparse roads and tracks that leave wide open areas on the poster.

Sadao is familiar to many travellers who crossed between Thailand and Malaysia here, and home to families on both sides of the line. A map of the area captures that sense of meeting and passage.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and choose among Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Buy six print-ready sizes as HD files for $9, or order a matte printed poster.
