Planned street grid
The town was laid out on a regular plan, so its streets cross at right angles and form even blocks, with a few broader avenues setting the main directions.

关于地图
Sapezal Map Poster & Print
Sapezal is a young town in western Mato Grosso, created in the late twentieth century where the cerrado was being turned into large-scale farmland. Because it was planned instead of growing over centuries, the map looks orderly: straight streets, regular blocks and wide avenues laid out on almost flat ground. Everything seems to have been drawn with a ruler.
What makes the place unusual from above is its surroundings. Soybean farming is the town's economic base, and the fields around it are huge rectangles and circles separated by straight farm roads. Seen from the air, the countryside looks as planned as the town, and it is hard to tell where the urban grid ends and the agricultural one begins.
A Sapezal map poster shows that double order: a compact town grid at the centre, with the ruled lines of the farmland reaching out toward the frame. It suits anyone who likes clean graphic structure, and anyone who helped build the town, farmed its land or has family there.

Field geometry
Large soybean farms surround Sapezal. From above, their straight boundaries and long access roads create a second, much larger grid around the town.
Flat plateau ground
The town sits on level upland terrain. That lets the plan stay perfectly regular, with nothing like hills or winding rivers forcing it to bend.

为什么选 Sapezal
一张有意义的地图
Sapezal is a place many people moved to, so a map of it often marks a decision: the year a family arrived, a first harvest, or a business started from scratch. The clean grid also looks at home in modern interiors.
Add a title and subtitle of your choice and adjust the coordinates line. Then pick a style: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint, or Sand, whose warm tone suits the farmland especially well.
