Downtown grid
The historic downtown forms the densest part of the map, a tight network of blocks laid out along the railroad that brought the town into being.

关于地图
Sapulpa Map Poster & Print
Sapulpa is the seat of Creek County in north-eastern Oklahoma, just south-west of Tulsa. The town grew up around the railroad at the end of the nineteenth century and later became a stop on Route 66, whose alignment still passes through its downtown. For much of the twentieth century it was also home to Frankoma Pottery, whose earthenware became familiar across the country.
On a map, Sapulpa shows a classic American grid centred on its historic downtown, with rail lines crossing the blocks at an angle. Residential streets extend in orderly rows before giving way to looser suburban loops and open country. South-west of town, the old highway passes the Rock Creek bridge, a surviving piece of early Route 66.
A Sapulpa map poster brings these layers together: the railroad town, the old Route 66 Main Street and the quieter neighbourhoods around them. In black and white, the grid and its interruptions become a clear graphic pattern. It works for road-trip collectors and for anyone who calls this corner of Oklahoma home.

Route 66 alignment
The old highway runs through the centre and out of town, a line that road-trip travellers still follow from Tulsa toward Oklahoma City.
Rail crossings
Railroad tracks cut across the street pattern at an angle. They are among the few breaks in the grid and a direct trace of the town's origins.

为什么选 Sapulpa
一张有意义的地图
Sapulpa draws people for many reasons: family history, a Route 66 journey, a first home just outside Tulsa. A clean map of its streets marks that connection in a way that works equally well in an office, a den or a hallway gallery.
Personalise the title and subtitle, add a date to the coordinates line if you like, and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. HD files cost $9, and matte prints come with an optional wooden frame.
