关于地图
Sel’tso Map Poster & Print
Sel’tso lies in Bryansk Oblast in western Russia, on the Desna River, a short distance upstream from the city of Bryansk. The land here is low and wooded, and the river winds through it in broad bends with meadows and oxbows along its course. On the map, the Desna is the organising line, with the town set along one bank.
The town has a modest street pattern of residential blocks and older wooden houses, with industrial areas and a rail line on its outskirts. Beyond the built-up area, forest dominates the map, broken only by roads, clearings and the river floodplain. It is a typical small riverside town of central Russia, shaped by water, rail and woodland.
A Sel’tso map poster sets that small street pattern against the large, quiet shapes of river and forest. In black and white, the Desna’s curves carry much of the composition, while the town sits calmly beside them. It is a fitting keepsake for people who grew up here and now live elsewhere.

Town beside the water
Residential streets and blocks sit back from the riverbank, forming a compact settlement between the floodplain and the surrounding forest.
Forest all around
Woodland fills much of the map beyond the town, crossed by a few roads and clearings, giving the design wide areas of calm space.

为什么选 Sel’tso
一张有意义的地图
Many people from Sel’tso have moved to Bryansk, Moscow or abroad, and a map of the town and its river is a quiet reminder of childhood summers by the Desna. It suits a study, a bedroom or a gift for parents.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, in Cyrillic or Latin letters, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The $9 HD files come in six print sizes, or order a ready printed poster.
