关于地图
Sendafa Map Poster & Print
Sendafa sits on the high central plateau of Ethiopia, in the Oromia region, a short drive northeast of Addis Ababa. From above, the town is organised along its main road. Commercial plots line both sides, and residential lanes extend back into the surrounding land in a loose, expanding pattern.
The terrain around the town is open highland, largely given over to farmland, with shallow streams and seasonal watercourses crossing it. Like many towns within reach of the capital, Sendafa has been growing, and the map shows newer blocks laid out at its edges beside older, less regular lanes near the centre.
A Sendafa map poster shows a highland town mid-transition, with a clear spine road, an older core and new streets reaching outward into open country. It is a practical, unadorned map of a place defined by the road that links it to the capital and by the plateau around it.

New blocks
At the town's edges, newly laid-out streets form more regular grids. They show where Sendafa has been expanding into the surrounding farmland.
Plateau farmland
Open highland surrounds the town, crossed by streams and field tracks. It gives the composition a wide, uncluttered margin on every side.

为什么选 Sendafa
一张有意义的地图
A map of Sendafa makes a meaningful piece for Ethiopians in the diaspora, for anyone who has studied or trained in the town, or for families who have watched it grow. The road-and-plateau layout is simple and easy to recognise.
The title, the subtitle and the coordinates line can be personalised, in English or with a transliterated Amharic or Oromo name. Choose from five styles. Paper suits the highland landscape, and Classic black & white keeps it graphic.
