A few main roads cross the area and link it to nearby settlements, providing the strongest lines on the map and giving the composition its framework.

关于地图
Sepuka Map Poster & Print
Sepuka lies in the Singida Region of central Tanzania, on the broad plateau that stretches across the middle of the country. It is a rural community rather than a dense town, and from above it appears as a loose network of roads and paths linking homesteads, farms and small centres, with plenty of open ground between them.
The land here is fairly dry, and farming and livestock shape both daily life and the pattern of settlement. On a black-and-white map that translates into a light, airy composition, where a few stronger roads carry the structure and fine tracks trail off toward fields and neighbouring villages. It is a map that shows how a place is lived in rather than built up.
A Sepuka map poster is a simple, honest portrait for people with roots in the area or those who have lived and worked in Singida Region. It does not rely on landmarks; its interest lies in the way paths connect one household to the next and in the wide spaces that give central Tanzania its character.

Scattered homesteads
Homes and farm plots are spread widely rather than clustered in blocks, so the settlement reads as a light scattering of detail across the sheet.
Open plateau
Much of the map is open country crossed only by fine tracks, an expanse that frames the settlement and reflects the scale of the central plateau.

A map of Sepuka is a way to honour where a family comes from, to keep a village close after moving to Dodoma, Dar es Salaam or abroad, or to remember time spent in the region. Its spare lines suit quiet, simple interiors.
