关于地图
Starodub Map Poster & Print
Starodub is one of the oldest towns in the Bryansk region, with a history that reaches back to the early chronicles of Rus. Later it was a Cossack regimental centre. Today it is a quiet district town in the west of the oblast, not far from the borders with Belarus and Ukraine. The surrounding land is gentle, mostly farmland and scattered woods.
From above, the town shows a fairly regular pattern of streets and low houses with gardens, the product of later replanning laid over an old site. A small river and its low valley cross the town and break up the grid. Roads leave for nearby villages and district centres, and the edges dissolve into allotments and open fields.
A Starodub map poster gives the town a clear, orderly look. The longer streets form a simple frame, the river valley adds a soft diagonal, and private plots with gardens create a light, even texture. It is a map that rewards close inspection rather than instant drama.

River valley
A small river and its low-lying banks cut through the built-up area. They interrupt the grid and add an irregular, natural line to the design.
Garden houses
Outside the centre, detached houses with long garden plots fill the blocks, producing a fine, repeating pattern at the edges of town.
