The Kuma valley
The river runs along the length of the stanitsa, and the settlement follows it. The valley gives the whole map its long, horizontal shape and a single winding line.

关于地图
Suvorovskaya Map Poster & Print
Suvorovskaya is a stanitsa in Stavropol Krai, in the Caucasian Mineral Waters area west of Essentuki and Pyatigorsk. From above it is long rather than round. Houses and gardens follow the valley of the Kuma river, and the streets run in fairly regular rows parallel to the water. Farmland and open slopes press in from both sides, so the settlement reads as one clear band across the frame.
Its layout reflects its Cossack origins. Stanitsas like this were laid out with straight streets and generous household plots. The result is a calm, measured grid, softened in places where the terrain rises or the river bends. On a Suvorovskaya map poster that pattern stands out as rows of long blocks with few diagonals, and the meandering river adds the only free-flowing line.
The stanitsa carries the name of Alexander Suvorov, the eighteenth-century commander linked with the fortified line that Russia built across the North Caucasus. Today it is a large rural settlement close to the resort towns of the region. Seen from above, it reads as a modest, steady place: a river, a set of parallel streets, and the fields and foothills that frame them.

Stanitsa street grid
Long, parallel streets with deep household plots form a regular pattern typical of Cossack settlements. It prints as clean, evenly spaced lines with a quiet rhythm.
Fields and foothills
Open farmland and rising ground surround the built area on all sides. The empty space around the streets lets the settlement's outline read clearly.
