关于地图
Talata Mafara Map Poster & Print
Talata Mafara is a town in Zamfara State, in the north-west of Nigeria, lying in the broad basin of the Sokoto River system. Its map shows a compact centre of dense compounds and narrow lanes, with main roads leading out across open, largely flat savanna country.
The surrounding landscape carries the marks of irrigated farming. The Bakolori Dam and its irrigation scheme lie in the area, and on a wider view canals and field boundaries add straight lines to the otherwise loose, organic pattern of settlement and farmland.
The town serves as the headquarters of a local government area and a market centre for the surrounding villages, which appear on the map as small clusters scattered across the plain. A Talata Mafara map poster records a Sahel-edge town shaped by rivers, fields and the roads that link them.
