关于地图
Tarsadi Map Poster & Print
Tarsadi lies in Surat district in south Gujarat, on the flat, well-watered plain that runs along the Gulf of Khambhat. It forms a municipality together with neighbouring Kosamba, and on a map the two places merge into one settled area.
The street pattern is compact and irregular at the centre, with lanes that gradually loosen into roads leading out through farmland. Major transport lines cross this part of Gujarat, connecting Surat to the north of the state, and they appear as long, straight strokes across the otherwise fine-grained map.
A Tarsadi map poster shows a small town in one of India's busiest corridors, a quiet cluster of streets surrounded by fields and linked to the wider region. It is a modest, honest subject, and its charm on paper comes from the contrast between tight lanes and open land.

Transport corridor
Long-distance road and rail routes pass through this stretch of Gujarat, crossing the map in straight lines that contrast with the town's lanes.
Farmland surroundings
Fields fill the space around the town, crossed by village roads, which gives the built-up core a clear outline.
