关于地图
Veracruz Map Poster & Print
Veracruz was founded by Hernán Cortés in 1519, making it one of the oldest European-founded cities in the Americas, and for centuries it was the main gateway between Mexico and Spain. On the map, the historic centre is a regular grid of blocks near the waterfront, with the zócalo at its heart and the port stretching north along the shore.
Just offshore, the fortress of San Juan de Ulúa sits on a former island now joined to the port, a compact geometric shape against the water. South of the centre, the malecón and a long line of beaches run along the Gulf toward Boca del Río, which has grown into a continuous urban area with the city.
Veracruz is also a working port, among the busiest in Mexico, and docks, rail yards and breakwaters give the northern waterfront a hard, industrial outline. The city is known for its music, its coffee houses and its danzón evenings in the zócalo. A Veracruz map poster brings together all of these edges: old grid, harbour, fortress and open sea.

为什么选 Veracruz
一张有意义的地图
Veracruz is a city of family visits, holidays and long evenings on the waterfront. Its map captures that relationship with the sea and makes a good gift for jarochos living elsewhere in Mexico or abroad, as well as for anyone who has passed through the port.
Set the title and subtitle to anything you like, such as a family name or a date, and edit the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Printed posters are on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame.
