Bury New Road
The A56 runs straight through town as its main spine. Shops and older streets line the route, which gives the map a strong vertical axis.

关于地图
Whitefield Map Poster & Print
Whitefield is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Bury, north of Manchester city centre. From above, it has a clear structure. Bury New Road runs through it from north to south as the main axis. The M60 orbital motorway cuts across the southern side in a wide curve, and the Metrolink tram line to Bury runs through on its own corridor.
Between these big lines, the streets are mostly suburban. There are terraced rows near the older centre, then crescents and cul-de-sacs from later decades, with parks, playing fields and golf courses leaving large open areas. The mix of dense and open ground, and the strong transport lines crossing it, make for an unusually graphic map for a town of this size.
Whitefield is well connected, with its own Metrolink stop and quick routes into Manchester, and it is known as a popular commuter base. A Whitefield map poster shows how the town fits between motorway, tram and main road. It suits people who have settled here, grown up here, or moved away and still think of it as home.

M60 curve
The orbital motorway sweeps across the southern part of town. Its broad arc and junctions are the boldest shapes on the whole sheet.
Metrolink line
The tram line to Bury follows its own separate corridor. It adds a second, finer line that runs parallel to the main road.

为什么选 Whitefield
一张有意义的地图
Whitefield is often the place where people put down roots near Manchester: a first house, a school run, a tram into town. The map turns that everyday geography into something worth framing.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for example with a street name or a moving date, and choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Get six HD sizes for $9, including A3 and A2, or order a framed print.
