Ming walled city
The old town is an almost perfect square enclosed by walls, with main streets meeting in the middle. It is the clearest and most recognisable shape on the map.

关于地图
Xingcheng Map Poster & Print
Xingcheng lies in Liaoning province, on the northern shore of the Bohai Sea. On a map, you see two distinct parts: a small, square walled town inland and a long, curving coastline to the south, lined with beaches and resort developments. An island sits offshore, marking the sea boundary.
The Xingcheng ancient city is one of China's best-preserved Ming-dynasty walled towns. Its walls enclose a compact square, divided by two main streets that cross at a central tower. Around it, the modern city has grown outwards in larger blocks. The town is also well known in China as a major producer of swimwear.
A Xingcheng map poster shows the old walled square clearly, set within a looser modern street pattern, with the Bohai coast along one side. It suits people who have walked the walls, spent summers on these beaches or have family links to this part of Liaoning.

Bohai coastline
South of the city, a long stretch of coast curves along the sea, lined with beaches and seaside development. The shoreline gives the poster a smooth, sweeping edge.
Offshore island
An island lies off the coast in the Bohai Sea. On the map, it sits apart in open water, balancing the dense city on the mainland.

为什么选 Xingcheng
一张有意义的地图
Xingcheng combines two things people like on a wall: a very clear historical plan and a stretch of sea. A map poster can remind someone of family holidays, a walk along the Ming walls or a hometown on the Liaoning coast.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be edited, so the poster can include a name, a date or Chinese characters. It comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand.
