Gulf shoreline
The long, gently curving coast of the Gulf of İzmit forms the city's northern edge. On the print it is a clean line with piers and a waterfront road running along it.

关于地图
Yalova Map Poster & Print
Yalova sits on the southern edge of the Gulf of İzmit, where the Marmara coast bends inward. From above, the city is a band of dense blocks between the shoreline and the first ridges of the Samanlı Mountains. The streets run mostly parallel to the water, and short cross streets climb gently inland toward farmland and orchards.
The harbour is the point the whole city turns on. Fast ferries cross from here to Istanbul, so many visitors see Yalova first as a pier, a promenade and a line of roofs along the gulf. A few kilometres to the southwest, a valley road leads up to the thermal springs at Termal, a spa area in use since antiquity.
A Yalova map poster shows that pairing of sea and slope clearly. The shoreline gives the composition a firm lower edge. The street pattern thins out as it reaches the hills, and scattered roads fan out into the valleys. The result is a quiet, horizontal print that reads like a coastal town at rest, open to the water on one side.

Ferry harbour
Ferry piers reach into the gulf near the centre. Crossings to Istanbul make them the city's main entrance, and on paper they appear as short, precise strokes.
Road to Termal
A winding road heads southwest into a wooded valley toward the thermal springs. Its looping line gives the southern part of the map a looser, organic feel.

为什么选 Yalova
一张有意义的地图
For people who commute across the Marmara, spend summers at the coast or grew up between the harbour and the hills, Yalova is a place with a clear outline. A print keeps that outline, the sea on one side and the slopes on the other, somewhere you see it every day.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with a family name or the year you moved, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The digital HD files cost $9, and printed posters on matte paper ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
