Rosetta branch
The western arm of the Nile runs past the town as a wide, curving band, the most commanding shape anywhere on the poster.

Ar Raḩmānīyah Map Poster & Print
Ar Raḩmānīyah lies in Beheira Governorate in the western Nile Delta, on the Rosetta branch of the Nile, one of the two main channels that carry the river to the Mediterranean. From above, the town clusters along the riverbank, its streets packed tightly together, with the broad band of water on one side and cultivated land on the other.
The river gives the map a strong natural edge. Its gentle curve contrasts with the straight irrigation canals and drainage channels that divide the surrounding farmland into long, narrow plots. Roads follow the canals and link the town to nearby villages, so the whole landscape reads as a fine, orderly lattice with the older town as a dense knot beside the Nile.
An Ar Raḩmānīyah map poster sets the town, the river and the field pattern in clean black and white. The Nile branch becomes a bold, flowing shape across the frame, and the compact blocks of the town sit right against it. It is a meaningful gift for families from Beheira and anyone who knows this stretch of the river.

Riverside town
Streets and buildings crowd close to the water, giving the town a compact, elongated form that follows the line of the bank.
Canal lattice
Straight irrigation and drainage channels divide the farmland into narrow strips, adding a delicate geometric texture around the edges of the map.
