Southern harbour front
The town faces a sheltered harbour on Labuan's southern coast. Its piers and waterfront edges make the sharpest lines on the map where land meets Brunei Bay.

Bandar Labuan Map Poster & Print
Bandar Labuan is the main town of Labuan, a small island off the north-west coast of Borneo that is administered as a Malaysian federal territory. On a map, the town gathers along the island's southern shore, and its streets face a natural harbour that opens to Brunei Bay. The coastline is the dominant line. Wharves and reclaimed edges step out into the water, and the grid of the town runs back from them.
Labuan has served as a port for a long time, first under British rule and later as part of Malaysia. Today it is known as a duty-free island and an international offshore financial centre. Toward the end of the Second World War, Japanese forces in Borneo formally surrendered on the island, and the Labuan War Cemetery commemorates those who died in the region.
A Bandar Labuan map poster sets the compact town against the open water around it. The sea stays blank, and the harbour edge, jetties and street grid gather along one side of the frame. The result is a clear, balanced image of an island port, where the land ends abruptly and ships once set the rhythm of daily life.

Compact town grid
Behind the waterfront, a modest grid of streets holds the commercial centre. It contrasts with the looser roads that run inland across the rest of the island.
Island coastline
Labuan is small enough that its shoreline shapes the whole composition. Bays and headlands frame the town and give the poster a strong, contained silhouette.

An island town makes a naturally striking print. The water frames the streets, so the whole place reads at a glance. It fits anyone who worked in Labuan's port or offshore sector, grew up on the island, or passed through on the ferry from Borneo.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with the year you arrived or left. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. HD files cost $9 in six print sizes, and printed posters with an optional wooden frame ship from partners in over 30 countries.
