Drammen Map Poster & Print
Drammen lies in south-eastern Norway, about forty kilometres south-west of Oslo, where the Drammenselva River flows into the Drammensfjord. The river cuts the city in two. Bragernes lies on the north bank and Strømsø on the south, and several bridges tie the halves together across the wide water.
Steep wooded hills rise on both sides of the valley. Streets in the centre follow the riverbanks in a fairly regular pattern, then climb into the slopes in curves and switchbacks. The Spiralen, a road tunnel spiralling inside the hill above Bragernes, leads up to a viewpoint over the city.
Once known mainly as an industrial port for timber, Drammen spent recent decades cleaning up its river and rebuilding the waterfront with parks and promenades. A Drammen map poster centres on that broad river, its bridges and the hills close by.

Bridges in sequence
Several road, rail and pedestrian bridges cross the river at short intervals, lining up in a clear rhythm across the print.
Valley slopes
Wooded hills rise steeply on both sides. Streets wind up into them, and the Spiralen tunnel loops inside the ridge above Bragernes.

Drammen's river-and-bridges layout makes a strong, balanced image, and it carries personal meaning for those who crossed those bridges every day. The map shows both banks and the hills that frame them.
Set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, with Norwegian characters if needed. Blueprint emphasises the river and fjord, and Paper gives a quieter, more classic finish.
