Harbour bay
The town wraps around a sheltered bay where boats gather, and the waterfront road follows the curve of the shore as the busiest line on the map.

Labuan Bajo Map Poster & Print
Labuan Bajo sits on the far western coast of Flores in East Nusa Tenggara, and its map is shaped almost entirely by the sea. The town curves around a sheltered bay, with a narrow strip of streets along the waterfront and roads climbing the steep hills behind. Offshore, small islands and reefs break up the water, so the coastline on the poster is anything but simple.
Once a small fishing settlement, Labuan Bajo has become the main gateway to Komodo National Park, known for the Komodo dragon and for its islands and marine life. Boats for the park leave from its harbour, and the town has grown quickly around tourism, with an airport a short way inland. The views west over the bay at sunset are what many visitors remember.
A Labuan Bajo map poster captures the tension between a compact town and the huge expanse of water around it. The harbour and waterfront form a dense line of streets, while the hills give the road network its winding, contour-following shape. Islands scattered across the bay add small, sharp outlines, and in black and white the whole composition feels spacious and still.

Offshore islands
Small islands lie scattered across the water to the west, adding a series of sharp coastal outlines to what would otherwise be open sea on the poster.
Hillside streets
Behind the waterfront the land rises quickly, and roads twist up the slopes, giving the upper part of the map a looser, winding pattern of streets.

For many people Labuan Bajo is where a trip to Komodo began, with the harbour, the boats and the islands all still fresh in memory. A map of the bay is a restrained way to keep that journey on the wall, without relying on a photograph.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates line that mark your stay or a date on the water, and choose one of five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It is available as digital files or a printed poster.
