Lākshām Map Poster & Print
Lākshām lies in Comilla District in south-eastern Bangladesh, on the low, flat plain between Comilla and Noakhali. It is best known as a railway junction: here the main line between Dhaka and Chittagong meets branches running towards Noakhali and Chandpur, and the tracks form the strongest lines on the map.
Around the junction the town is compact, with a market area and dense lanes close to the station. Beyond, the landscape is typical of the Bangladesh plain: rice fields divided into small plots, countless ponds, and villages set on slightly raised ground under tree cover, joined by narrow roads and embankments.
Water is never far away, with rivers and many small channels crossing the district, and the map picks them up as thin, meandering lines. A Lākshām map poster frames the town around its railway, a crossroads of lines on a green and watery plain, drawn in quiet black and white.

Station quarter
The busiest streets and densest building cluster around the station and market, forming the darkest, most detailed patch of the poster.
Ponds and fields
Around the town, small ponds and irregular field plots create a scattered, delicate texture that fills the space between the village clusters.
