Converging roads
Several routes meet in the town centre, linking Ipoti to nearby Ekiti communities. On the poster they give the settlement a clear, spoked structure.

Ipoti Map Poster & Print
Ipoti is a town in Ekiti State, in the upland part of southwestern Nigeria. The countryside here is green and gently hilly, with rocky outcrops that the region is known for. From above, the town is a cluster of streets and compounds at a meeting point of local roads.
Ipoti does not have a planned grid. Its streets follow the ground and the old paths between family compounds, so the map shows a loose, organic pattern. The main roads link it to neighbouring Ekiti towns, and these are the strongest lines on the page. Along them the houses thin out into farmland and patches of forest.
Like many Yoruba towns, Ipoti has a traditional ruler and strong community ties that reach well beyond its population. An Ipoti map poster shows a town at human scale, where each road leads to a neighbour and the edges soften into cultivated land.

Organic street pattern
Local streets wind between compounds instead of forming blocks. The result is an irregular, finely detailed texture across the centre of the print.
Upland surroundings
Farmland and scattered woodland surround the town on the rolling terrain. On the map this leaves open space that sets off the settled core.
