Mount Benacantil
The rocky hill rises right beside the old town, and the castle sits on top. On the poster the street pattern wraps tightly around its base.

Alicante Map Poster & Print
Alicante lies on Spain's Costa Blanca, and its map is organised around the sea. The port and marina take up the waterfront. Beaches run away to the north and east, and a long palm-lined promenade separates the harbour from the city. Behind it the grid of the modern centre spreads inland. The old quarter crowds against the foot of Mount Benacantil.
On top of Benacantil stands the Castle of Santa Bárbara, one of the largest medieval fortresses in Spain. The Explanada de España, the seafront promenade, is paved with millions of tiles laid in a wave pattern. Offshore lies the small island of Tabarca, a short boat ride away and Spain's first marine reserve.
An Alicante map poster brings those pieces together: the curve of Postiguet beach, the lines of the harbour moorings, the tight streets of the Barrio de Santa Cruz below the castle and the broader avenues further back. On paper, the coastline and harbour give the composition a strong, simple base.

Explanada and harbour
The seafront promenade runs parallel to the port and marina. The piers, breakwaters and moorings create crisp geometric shapes along the water's edge.
Postiguet beach curve
Just north of the harbour, the smooth arc of Postiguet beach softens the coastline. It sits between the castle hill and the dense city blocks behind.

Pourquoi Alicante
Une carte qui a du sens
Alicante draws holidaymakers, people who winter there and people who have moved to the coast for good. A map of the place where a summer was spent or a new life began makes a meaningful souvenir that will outlast any photograph.
Add a title, a subtitle such as the year you arrived and a personal coordinates line. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Sand suits the Mediterranean light, while Blueprint brings out the harbour's geometry.
