The railway line
The railway passes through the town as a firm, straight line, and the station area forms one of its busiest points and a natural focus for the print.

La carte
Amla Map Poster & Print
Amla is a town in Betul district, in the south of Madhya Pradesh, on the plateau of the Satpura range. The land here is higher and more varied than the plains to the north, with low hills, forest patches and farmland, and the town serves as a local centre for the villages and agricultural land around it.
The railway is one of the key features on the map. The line running through Betul district passes Amla, and the town's streets are arranged along and around it, with a station area and main roads connecting to nearby settlements. Away from the centre, the pattern becomes more open, with residential lanes, fields and tree-lined tracks spreading across the gently rolling ground.
Amla is also known for its Indian Air Force station, one of the institutions that link this small town to the wider country. An Amla map poster shows the town in its plateau setting, with railway, streets and fields drawn in clean lines, a quiet image of a place that seldom appears on printed maps.

Satpura plateau
Low hills and undulating ground around the town give the surrounding roads and tracks a gently curving pattern, softer than the grids of the plains.
Town and fields
The built-up area is modest, so the frame also includes farmland and scattered settlements, giving the poster generous open space around the town.
