St. John's harbour
A deep inlet on the northwest coast holds the capital and its cruise pier. On the map, the town's streets gather tightly at the head of the bay before thinning out inland.

Antigua Map Poster & Print
Antigua is the larger of the two main islands of Antigua and Barbuda, in the Leeward Islands of the eastern Caribbean. Its shape is compact and roughly round, but inlets, harbours and headlands break up the coastline all the way around, and reefs and small islands lie just offshore. Locals like to say the island has a beach for every day of the year.
The capital, St. John's, sits on a deep harbour on the northwest coast, and its streets form a loose grid that climbs from the waterfront. From there, roads fan out across the island's low, dry centre toward villages and bays. The southwest is higher and greener, with volcanic hills that include the island's highest point, Mount Obama, formerly Boggy Peak.
On the south coast, English Harbour holds Nelson's Dockyard, a restored Georgian naval dockyard that yachts still use. Together with nearby archaeological sites, it was listed by UNESCO in 2016, and Shirley Heights looks down over it. An Antigua map poster brings together the harbours, the reef-lined shore and the single hub of the capital.

English Harbour
A narrow, well-protected harbour on the south coast and home to Nelson's Dockyard. Its hooked shape made it a secure base for the Royal Navy, and today it is a sheltered anchorage for sailors.
North Sound islands
Off the northeast coast, small islands and reefs are scattered through shallow water. They break the edge of the map into fragments and give the poster a fine, speckled border.

Pourquoi Antigua
Une carte qui a du sens
Antigua is an island of sailing and weddings. Many people hang its map to remember a regatta, a honeymoon at a particular bay or a childhood spent there. The busy coastline makes a detailed, balanced image that suits a beach house or a city apartment.
You can personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, so a wedding date or a boat name fits naturally. Choose from five styles, such as Blueprint for a nautical feel or Sand for something softer. The HD files cost $9, and printed posters ship from partners in 30+ countries.
