Banjaran Map Poster & Print
Banjaran lies in Bandung Regency, West Java, in the southern part of the broad highland basin that surrounds the city of Bandung. On the map it reads as a town that has grown along its main roads, with dense clusters of narrow streets and kampung lanes packed between them and fields filling the gaps. The overall pattern is irregular, shaped by old village boundaries rather than a planned grid.
The basin is ringed by volcanic mountains, and south of Banjaran the land begins to rise toward the highlands, where tea estates and forested slopes take over. Small rivers from these hills cross the area on their way north to the Citarum, the main river of the basin, adding thin, winding lines to the map between the built-up clusters.
The main road from Bandung toward the southern highlands passes through the town, forming its clearest spine. A Banjaran map poster records an everyday West Javan landscape where town, village and farmland overlap, drawn in fine black lines that capture its close, intricate texture and the way settlement follows the roads.

Kampung lanes
Between the main roads, neighbourhoods are threaded with narrow lanes and short alleys, creating a fine, dense texture that gives the poster much of its character.
Streams to the Citarum
Small streams from the southern hills wind through and around the town toward the Citarum, cutting soft curves through the surrounding patchwork of fields.
