Ctalamochita River
The river loops through the town, and its meanders and riverside parks form the most organic shape on the map, in sharp contrast to the orthogonal blocks around them.

Bell Ville Map Poster & Print
Bell Ville lies in the south-east of Córdoba province, in the open farming plain that stretches toward Santa Fe. Its street plan follows the regular square blocks typical of Argentine towns that grew with the railway. The river running through it bends that pattern, though, and gives the town a more irregular edge than many of its neighbours on the plain.
The river is known locally as the Ctalamochita and on older maps as the Río Tercero, and it is lined with a green strip of parkland. Argentines widely remember the town as the place where a football with a sealed valve was developed in the early 1930s. The ball no longer needed external lacing, and the idea changed how footballs were made.
A Bell Ville map poster shows a place defined by straight lines and one curve. The orthogonal blocks run out into rectangular fields, and the river cuts diagonally through the composition, so the design feels balanced with no need for decoration. Railway lines and national routes add a few long strokes across the surrounding plain.

Checkerboard blocks
Most of the town is laid out in square blocks of equal size. This regular grid reads cleanly in black and white and gives the poster a strong graphic rhythm.
Surrounding farmland
Beyond the last streets, rural roads carry the grid outward into large rectangular fields, showing how closely the town is tied to the agriculture of the Córdoba plain.
