Town centre
The older core is a tight pattern of short streets and courtyard houses. Wider modern avenues lead out from it toward the edges of town.

Borāzjān Map Poster & Print
Borazjan lies on the hot coastal plain of Bushehr Province, inland from the Persian Gulf port of Bushehr, where flat land starts to meet the first ridges of the Zagros. From above the town is a compact area of streets and walled courtyards. Newer, straighter avenues extend around an older core, and palm groves and fields spread beyond.
It is the centre of Dashtestan County and an important stop on the road from the coast into the interior of Iran. The area is known for growing dates, and the green of irrigated groves against the pale, dry plain is one of the defining sights of the region. The town's character is quiet and practical, shaped by trade and farming.
A Borazjan map poster shows a clear contrast between the dense fabric of the town, the long straight roads crossing the plain and the textured patches of farmland around it. In fine lines it becomes an understated image of a desert-edge town sitting between the sea and the mountains.

Road to the coast
The main road toward Bushehr runs across the flat plain in a long straight line, linking the town to the Persian Gulf and the port beyond.
Date groves
Irrigated palm groves and fields surround the town. Their finer texture and small winding paths contrast with the open, dry land farther out.

Pourquoi Borāzjān
