Pan-American axis
The highway passes close to the town and gives the map a strong north–south line. Local roads branch off from it toward fields and neighbouring settlements.

Chimbarongo Map Poster & Print
Chimbarongo lies in Chile's Central Valley, in the Colchagua province of the O'Higgins Region, between the coastal range and the Andes. The Pan-American Highway runs past the town, and the map follows that north–south axis: a regular centre, then field boundaries, irrigation lines and rural roads spreading across fertile farmland.
The town is best known in Chile for its wicker craft. Workshops and roadside stalls sell baskets and furniture woven from locally grown willow, and the tradition is closely tied to its identity. Nearby, the Convento Viejo reservoir forms a large body of water that stands out on any map of the area.
A Chimbarongo map poster shows an agricultural town in its landscape. The small grid of the centre sits beside the long line of the highway, and the countryside is divided into neat parcels. It is a calm, orderly image of the Colchagua valley, where vineyards and orchards shape almost every view.

Town centre grid
The centre follows a regular pattern of blocks, typical of towns in the Chilean Central Valley, and forms a tidy core within the surrounding farmland.
Convento Viejo reservoir
The reservoir near Chimbarongo forms a broad, irregular body of water. In the black-and-white style it contrasts with the fine lines of fields and roads.
