Cilegon Map Poster & Print
Cilegon sits at the northwestern corner of Java, where the island faces the Sunda Strait and Sumatra beyond. On the map, the coast is lined with large industrial sites, jetties and port facilities, while the town itself spreads inland along the main road and the toll road, with higher ground rising toward the south and west.
At the northern tip lies Merak, the ferry port that links Java to Bakauheni on Sumatra, one of the busiest crossings in Indonesia. The coastline south of it is taken up by heavy industry, and the map shows large rectangular plots, rail sidings and piers reaching into the strait, alongside denser residential neighbourhoods in the centre.
Cilegon is best known as the home of Krakatau Steel, the national steel company established in the 1970s, and a wider chemical and industrial zone has grown around it. The company takes its name from the volcano in the strait to the southwest. A Cilegon map poster shows the working coastline, the ferry port and the town between them.

Pourquoi Cilegon
Une carte qui a du sens
Cilegon is a place many people know through work at the steel plant, the port or the industrial estates. A map of its coast is a meaningful keepsake for them and their families, and its hard-edged shoreline makes a bold, graphic print.
Personalise the title and subtitle, and use the coordinates line for a date or a short note. Five styles are available, from Blueprint to Noir. The $9 digital package covers six print sizes, and printed posters can be ordered on matte paper with an optional frame.
