Genteng Map Poster & Print
Genteng is a town in Banyuwangi Regency, at the far eastern end of Java, facing Bali across a narrow strait. It sits in fertile lowland country with volcanic mountains to the west. It is an important local trading town for the farming communities around it, and its markets and shops serve a wide rural area.
From above, the town forms a dense cluster of streets around its main roads, with narrower lanes filling in between. Around this core the map opens up into rice paddies, plantations and villages, linked by rural roads that often follow irrigation channels. The contrast between the compact centre and the fine pattern of fields is clear.
A Genteng map poster shows a landscape shaped by rice, rain and volcanic soil. The streets are simple and practical, the surrounding villages are evenly spread, and the whole map has a gentle, balanced rhythm. It suits people with roots in Banyuwangi and those who know this corner of Java from their travels.

Irrigated rice fields
Paddies and irrigation channels surround the town on all sides, creating a fine and consistent pattern that fills the outer areas of the composition.
Village network
Small villages are spread evenly through the farmland, each connected to the centre by rural roads that give the map a web of quiet lines.
