La carte
Igbeti Map Poster & Print
Igbeti is a town in the northern part of Oyo State in southwestern Nigeria, close to the savanna country around Old Oyo National Park. It's known for the rocky hills that rise around it, and the area has deposits of marble that have been quarried. The landscape here is more rugged than much of the surrounding plain.
The hills give Igbeti's map its character. Streets thread between and around outcrops instead of running straight, and the town's footprint wraps around the higher ground. Beyond the built area, roads lead across open savanna toward neighbouring towns, and field plots fill the gentler ground between the rocks.
An Igbeti map poster turns this into a striking composition. The hills show as open, empty shapes that the streets have to work around, so the town reads as a network that has adapted to stone. For anyone with roots in Igbeti, it's a meaningful and uncommon image of home.

Winding street pattern
Streets bend to avoid the rocks, so the map has an irregular, flowing pattern rather than a planned grid.
Savanna roads
Roads leave the town across open savanna toward neighbouring settlements, adding long, simple lines at the edges of the print.
