La carte
Jiangyan Map Poster & Print
Jiangyan is a district of Taizhou in central Jiangsu, on the low, flat plain north of the Yangtze known as Lixiahe. Water is everywhere on the map. Rivers, canals and small lakes cross the district in a dense network, and the town districts are built along them, with bridges and waterside streets linking the built-up areas.
The best-known feature is the Qinhu wetland area, a lake and marsh landscape north of the main town. It is home to the Qintong boat festival, held each spring, when hundreds of decorated boats gather on the water. The event is one of the most distinctive folk celebrations in the region and draws large crowds.
A Jiangyan map poster shows a place where land and water are finely intertwined. Straight modern roads and new districts sit beside older canals and winding channels, and the lakes and wetlands leave open spaces that give the composition room to breathe.

Qinhu wetlands
North of the town, a lake and marsh area spreads across the plain. It is the setting of the annual Qintong boat festival and a large open shape on the map.
Modern avenues
Newer districts are laid out along wide straight roads. They cross the older pattern of canals and create a clear contrast between planned and organic lines.
