Kalinjur Map Poster & Print
Kalinjur lies close to Vellore in northern Tamil Nadu, in the busy area around Katpadi. On a map it looks like a closely built grid of residential streets, broken by main roads and the long straight lines of the railway. The Palar River runs through the wider area, and its broad, often sandy bed makes a wide band across the plain.
The Vellore area is well known for its medical and educational institutions, and Katpadi Junction is an important railway hub on lines through northern Tamil Nadu. Kalinjur is part of the growing urban area around these centres. Many of its residents are linked to the colleges, hospitals and transport routes nearby.
A Kalinjur map poster shows the everyday fabric of a South Indian town: tightly packed lanes, a few wider roads carrying traffic between neighbourhoods, and open space where the river bed and the fields begin. It is a modest, honest map that means most to the people who live, study or grew up there.
