Town cluster
The built-up area is a tight network of narrow streets and small blocks. It stands out as a darker, fine-grained patch at the centre of the map.

Khangarh Map Poster & Print
Khangarh is a town in Pakistan's Punjab province, in the southern part of the province, where the land is almost perfectly flat and shaped by irrigation. On a map, the town looks like a compact cluster of streets surrounded by long, straight canals and a large grid of fields.
Irrigation defines this landscape. Canals and distributaries run in long, precise lines, and the fields between them are divided into rectangles that repeat across the plain. The rivers of the region lie at a distance, and their broad floodplains show as softer, wider shapes.
A Khangarh map poster brings together the town's dense centre and the orderly farmland around it. The contrast between irregular lanes and ruler-straight canals gives the print its structure, which works well even in the simplest styles.

Canal lines
Irrigation channels run in long, straight or gently angled lines across the plain. They form the most striking geometric feature on the print.
Field grid
Farmland breaks into rectangular plots that repeat in every direction. At a wider zoom, they create an even texture around the town.

Pourquoi Khangarh
Une carte qui a du sens
Many people with roots in southern Punjab live far from home. A map of Khangarh keeps the shape of the town and its canals in view, a reminder that fits in a single frame.
You can set your own title and subtitle, and the coordinates line can be adjusted too. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
