Kundi River
The river curves past the older part of town, giving an otherwise inland street network a clear natural edge and a line that the eye follows across the whole print.

Khargone Map Poster & Print
Khargone sits in the Nimar country of western Madhya Pradesh, south of the Narmada, where flat farmland stretches toward the Satpura hills. From above, the town reads as a dense core of short, irregular lanes, the kind that grew around markets and temples rather than from a plan, with newer residential blocks spreading along the roads that leave it in several directions.
The Kundi River passes close to the old town and gives the map its one strong natural line. Around it, the street pattern loosens into field tracks and scattered settlements. Khargone is best known as a trading centre for cotton and red chilli, and much of the surrounding land that appears as blank space on a poster is working farmland.
A Khargone map poster keeps that contrast simple: a knot of fine black lines at the centre, a river cutting past it, and roads running out across open ground. It suits anyone with family roots in Nimar or memories of the town's markets, and it reads clearly even at the smaller print sizes.

Old market core
Near the centre the streets narrow and bend into a tight cluster of lanes, the densest part of the map and the area most people associate with the town.
Roads into Nimar
Highways and district roads radiate outward toward neighbouring towns, drawing long straight strokes through farmland that frame the settlement at the heart of the composition.

Pourquoi Khargone
Une carte qui a du sens
People hang Khargone for reasons that are usually personal: a family home, a childhood spent between the markets and the river, or a connection to Nimar that has travelled with them to other cities. A map carries that link without needing a photograph or a caption to explain it.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be changed, so the print can carry a family name or a date. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, download HD files for $9 in six sizes, or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
