Main square
Koprivnica's generous central square is the clear heart of the plan, an open space framed by the old town's streets. On the poster it is the natural focal point.

Koprivnica Map Poster & Print
Koprivnica is the seat of Koprivnica-Križevci County in northern Croatia, in the Podravina region on the lowland near the Drava River. The town sits where the foothills of Bilogora meet the flat plain. From above, its centre is easy to read: a large main square and a network of streets, with broader, more regular neighbourhoods built out around it.
Koprivnica was once a fortified town, and remnants of its old defences survive in the green belt around the centre. Today it is best known as the home of Podravka, the food company behind Vegeta seasoning, and it lies close to Hlebine, the village associated with Croatian naive painting. The railway toward Hungary adds a strong straight line to the map.
A Koprivnica map poster captures a town that is orderly without being rigid: the central square as a focal point, the curve of the former fortifications and the tidy grid of later districts. It suits people from Podravina, visitors to the town's Renaissance festival and anyone who likes a well-proportioned, legible plan on the wall.

Fortification ring
Remnants of the former town defences survive as green areas around the historic core. From above they trace a softened ring that separates the old centre from newer districts.
Railway line
The line toward the Hungarian border crosses town in a long straight stroke, dividing districts and adding a strong directional element to an otherwise balanced layout.
