Marialva Map Poster & Print
Marialva sits on the rolling plateau of northern Paraná, a short distance west of Maringá. Like many towns in this region, it was laid out as a planned settlement. From above, the centre is a regular grid of blocks with a main avenue and a central square, and the street pattern loosens a little at the edges where newer neighbourhoods have been added.
Outside the urban grid, the land is divided into farm plots of many sizes. Marialva is known in Brazil for grape growing and calls itself a centre of fine table grapes. The small, tightly spaced parcels around the town reflect this. Streams cut shallow valleys through the plateau, and lines of trees follow them across the fields.
A Marialva map poster shows this relationship clearly: a neat block of streets in the middle, with agricultural land spreading outward in fine divisions. In black and white, the grid becomes a strong central motif, and the field boundaries around it add a quieter texture. The overall result is orderly without looking repetitive.

Vineyard parcels
The countryside around town is divided into small, closely packed plots. This fine-grained farmland pattern comes from the area's long tradition of growing grapes.
Stream valleys
Narrow watercourses wind between the fields in shallow folds. Their curves break up the straight lines of roads and property boundaries across the plateau.

Pourquoi Marialva
Une carte qui a du sens
The poster suits people from Marialva, families with roots in northern Paraná, and anyone who remembers the grape harvest there. It is a way to keep a practical, hard-working landscape in view in a home that may be far away.
You can personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates line, and add a date if you like. The design comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Sand gives the plateau a warm, earthy tone.
