Planned districts
The town is divided into clearly defined sectors by main avenues. Each has its own internal street pattern, which gives the map a modular look.

Parand Map Poster & Print
Parand is one of the new towns built around Tehran to take pressure off the capital. It sits on dry, open land southwest of the city, near Imam Khomeini International Airport. Unlike older Iranian towns, it was planned from the start. The map shows this at once: wide roads, sectioned neighbourhoods and blocks drawn with clear intent.
From above, Parand looks almost diagrammatic. Main avenues divide it into districts, and within each one the residential streets follow a regular geometry. Around the edges, empty land makes the built area look even sharper. Highways connect the town to Tehran and the airport and form long, confident lines across the frame.
A Parand map poster suits people who have made a life in this young town: families who moved here for more space, residents who work at the airport or in the capital, and anyone curious about planned cities. Its clean layout translates into a striking black-and-white print.

Pourquoi Parand
Une carte qui a du sens
Parand is a place people chose deliberately, often as a new start outside the capital. A map of its planned streets marks that choice and makes a clean, architectural piece for a modern home or a gift for someone who has just moved in.
You can personalise the title, the subtitle and the coordinates, perhaps in Persian script or with a move-in date. Choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. It comes as a $9 set of HD files or a printed poster shipped from partners in over 30 countries.
