The Par River
The river loops through the countryside near the town, a soft curved line that contrasts with the straight corridors of rail and road running along the coast.

Pārdi Map Poster & Print
Pārdi lies in Valsad district in southern Gujarat, on the coastal plain between the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea. From above, the town forms an irregular, organic cluster of lanes rather than a planned grid, with older streets packed closely near the centre and newer housing spreading outward along the roads. The Par River, which gives the area its name, curves nearby.
Two long lines define the map: the railway on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad corridor and the national highway that follows the same direction. Both cut through the landscape in near-parallel strokes, and much of the town's growth leans toward them. Between them lie mango orchards, fields and small settlements typical of south Gujarat.
A Pārdi map poster shows a town shaped by movement along the western coast of India. The winding river, the straight transport lines and the dense old lanes make a composition that reads clearly in monochrome, with the tight centre standing out against the lighter pattern of the surrounding farmland.

Rail and highway
The Mumbai–Ahmedabad railway and the national highway cross the map as long parallel strokes, the strongest lines in the composition and the town's link to both cities.
Old town lanes
Near the centre, narrow lanes gather in a close, irregular weave, showing how the town grew gradually rather than to a plan.
