Sānehwāl Map Poster & Print
Sānehwāl, often spelled Sahnewal, is a town in Ludhiana district, Punjab, a short distance east of the city. On a map it is shaped by transport lines. The Grand Trunk Road and the main railway both pass through, and the town's streets grow out from them into the level, heavily farmed plain.
Ludhiana's airport lies next to the town and is often known by its name. The surrounding area is part of one of India's most productive agricultural regions, with fields of wheat and rice separated by straight roads and irrigation channels. Small industrial units have also spread along the main roads.
A Sānehwāl map poster shows these layers. The strong parallel lines of road and rail cut across the page, the airport's runway forms a long straight stroke, and the town's streets fill in between. It is a clean, structured print of a place defined by movement.

Airport runway
The Ludhiana airport's runway lies just beside the town. It appears as a long, straight shape that contrasts with the finer residential streets.
Punjab fields
Flat, geometrically divided farmland surrounds the town on all sides. The regular pattern gives the poster calm, orderly margins.
