Buenos Aires grid
Square blocks repeat across most of the locality, a pattern shared with the capital next door and one that fills a poster with even, calm texture.

Sarandí Map Poster & Print
Sarandí is a locality in Avellaneda Partido, just south-east of the city of Buenos Aires. Its map is dominated by the classic Argentine block grid, broken by railway lines and wide avenues that carry traffic toward the capital. Toward the east the urban fabric thins out, and the land turns to low ground and wetland near the wide estuary of the Río de la Plata.
The contrast is what makes the drawing interesting. In the west, block after block of small houses, workshops and corner shops fill the frame with fine detail. In the east, the map becomes almost empty, a flat margin before the water. Industrial sites sit between the two, their large footprints visible as blank rectangles.
Sarandí is widely known in Argentine football as the home of Club Arsenal de Sarandí. A Sarandí map poster places the club's neighbourhood within the larger grid of Greater Buenos Aires, so a supporter can find the stadium streets while the rest of the suburb spreads around them.

Riverside lowlands
Toward the Río de la Plata the streets stop and the map opens into low, marshy ground, giving the composition an unexpectedly empty eastern edge.

Pourquoi Sarandí
Une carte qui a du sens
For people from the south of Greater Buenos Aires, Sarandí is a very specific place, separate from the capital even if it sits right next to it. A framed map of its grid and river edge makes that distinction clear.
Add a personal title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example a family address or a year. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Get six print sizes as HD files for $9, or order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
