New street grids
Large sections of regular, rectangular blocks show recent planned expansion. They give parts of the poster a clean geometric order.

La mappa
Dialakorodji Map Poster & Print
Dialakorodji lies just northwest of Bamako, in Mali's Koulikoro region. Like several towns on the capital's edge, it has grown quickly as people moved toward the city. On a map that growth is easy to see. Rectangular blocks of new streets spread across the ground, while ridges and higher terrain limit where building can go.
Growth like this produces a particular texture. Some areas are laid out as neat grids, others follow older tracks and field boundaries, and the joins between them are visible. Roads toward Bamako carry much of the traffic, and the linework gets denser in their direction.
A Dialakorodji map poster captures a town in the middle of change. Regular planned blocks sit beside more organic lanes, and the undeveloped ground at the edges suggests where the next streets might go. It's a thoughtful choice for anyone with ties to the Bamako area who wants something more personal than the capital's centre.

Rocky high ground
Ridges and higher terrain interrupt the grid and leave blank, irregular areas where streets stop or bend. That breaks up the pattern.
Links to Bamako
Main roads toward the capital carry the town's traffic, and building clusters along them, so the map feels pulled toward the southeast.
