Valley-bound streets
The main streets keep to the valley floor, so the densest part of the town appears as a narrow band rather than a round centre.

La mappa
Guofu Map Poster & Print
Guofu lies in the southern part of Chongqing Municipality, a region of steep hills, narrow valleys and terraced farmland. Settlements here rarely form tidy grids on a map. Streets follow the lowest ground, curve around ridges and gather where the valleys widen, so the land shapes the town's outline as much as any plan does.
Like many towns in this part of Chongqing, Guofu has older streets at its core and newer residential blocks and roads added in recent decades. Around it, the countryside is a patchwork of small fields and hillside hamlets connected by winding lanes. On the map those lanes appear as thin, looping lines that climb away from the centre.
A Guofu map poster shows that terrain indirectly. There are no contour lines, but the hills come through in every curve of the road network. It is a good choice for anyone with family roots in the area who wants a precise, uncluttered image of the place.

Winding approach roads
Roads entering Guofu twist around hillsides and spurs. They add long curving strokes that give the poster movement and hint at the terrain beneath.
Scattered hamlets
Beyond the town, small clusters of buildings sit on slopes and in side valleys and appear as loose dots of detail across the outer sheet.
