Kutu is a town in the Mai-Ndombe province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, set on the Fimi River in the low, well-watered country downstream of Lake Mai-Ndombe. From above, the settlement is a modest pattern of streets beside the river, with forest and wetland pressing in from most directions.
