Millbrook is a small city in Elmore County, just north of Alabama's capital, Montgomery. On a map its outline is loose and irregular. Subdivisions sit among patches of woodland, and small creeks wind between them. The whole area is tied to the region by a handful of major roads, including the interstate that runs toward Montgomery.
