Narmada riverfront
The broad river runs past the town, and ghats and temples along the bank make a clear edge between the old lanes and the water.

Barwāh Map Poster & Print
Barwāh lies on the banks of the Narmada in the Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh. The river is the defining feature of its map. The Narmada runs broad and steady past the town, with ghats and temples along the waterfront, and the older lanes pack tightly behind them. Away from the river, the streets loosen into newer neighbourhoods and then open into cotton and wheat fields across the valley.
The town is a short distance from Omkareshwar, the island temple town on the Narmada that holds one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines. That makes this stretch of the river an important route for pilgrims, and the riverbank at Barwāh is part of that sacred landscape. Low hills of the Vindhya and Satpura ranges frame the valley in the distance.
A Barwāh map poster shows a town that faces its river. In black and white, the wide band of the Narmada anchors the composition, and the dense lanes near the ghats contrast with the open field patterns farther from the water.

Old town lanes
Narrow, irregular streets pack closely behind the riverfront, forming the densest part of the map before the town opens out.
Valley farmland
Beyond the town, field boundaries spread across the fertile Narmada valley, their straight lines giving the outer map a regular texture.
